How to configure an email account in Mail on iPhone/iPad

To add an account to the Mail app on an iPhone/iPad, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts
2. Press 'Add Account'
3. Choose 'Other' from the list of account types
4. Choose 'Add Mail Account'
5. Enter your name, email address and password
6. Press 'Next'
7. Choose 'IMAP' at the top of the screen (if not already selected)
8. Enter the server details as listed below
9. Press 'Next'
10. The account details will be verified after a few seconds, then press 'Save' to save the account details

Incoming mail server:
Host Name: servername.host-serve.net (replace servername with the hostname of your server)
Username: <your full email address>
Password: <the password you set for the account>

Outgoing mail server:
Host Name: servername.host-serve.net (replace servername with the hostname of your server)
Username: <your full email address>
Password: <the password you set for the account>

If a message appears saying "Cannot Connect Using SSL", choose "No" and then cancel/exit the account setup process and follow the steps above again from step 1.
