If you forgot the password for your email address, you can always update or reset it from the Plesk Panel.
1. Log in to Plesk
2. Click on 'Mail' tab
3. Click the email address
4. Enter new password you want and click 'OK' button to confirm
Please use the new password when accessing your email via Webmail. Also, make sure to update the new email password on your mobile and email programs.
