How to submit a support ticket


If you cannot find a solution to your problem in our Knowledge Base, please raise a support ticket and a member of our team will respond as quickly as possible.
  1. Click on the "Support" tab
  2. Click on "Tickets"
  3. Click the "Open a Ticket" button and direct the ticket to the appropriate department
