1. Click on the "Services" tab
2. Select "Your services"
3. Click on the account you wish to cancel
4. Click the "Other actions" tab and select "Cancellation request"
5. Complete the form with the reason for cancellation and when you require the account to be cancelled.
6. Click the "Submit cancellation" button to confirm your request.
