If you can receive email but you cannot send an email from Outlook 2010 and 2013, please take a look at the troubleshooting steps below.
Step 1. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet
To do this, please follow the steps below.
1. Open an internet browser (eg Google Chrome or Firefox)
2. Type any website address in your address bar and press Enter
If you cannot open the website and continue to experience Internet connectivity issues, we suggest contacting your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for further assistance.
Step 2. Make sure that your Outlook email settings are correct
Please ensure that you have following settings on your Outlook.
Step 3. Check if the email password is correct
To verify if you are using the correct email password, you may try accessing your email via Webmail.
If the password does not work, we suggest resetting your email password on your Plesk Panel. Once you have updated the password, enter the new password in your Outlook settings.
Step 4. Use Different SMTP Port
The most common reason for not being able to send emails through Outlook is that SMTP port 25 is blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
The standard port number for SMTP is 25. If you experience issues where you cannot send email it is because your ISP blocks this port. If this happens, we recommend that you use the alternate port which is 587 for your SMTP connection.
