How to update your payment details



You can update your payment details quickly and easily through the customer control panel. The steps below outline the process for doing this.

Credit/Debit Cards

For fully automated and hassle-free billing we recommend paying with a credit/debit card.

To update your card details follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the "Your Account" tab
  2. Select "Account details"
  3. Click the "Credit/Debit Card Details" tab
  4. Update your payment details and click "Submit" to confirm

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

PayPal

Should you wish to pay with PayPal instead of a credit/debit card, please follow the steps below to set this up:

  1. Click on the "Your Account" tab
  2. Select "Account details"
  3. Click the "Personal Details" tab
  4. Select PayPal from "Payment Method" dropdown menu
  5. Click the "Save Changes" button to update your payment method

Once you have changed your payment method to PayPal you will then receive a link to make payment with PayPal on your next invoice (a PayPal button will be shown when viewing the invoice through the control panel). You can either make a one-time payment for each individual invoice or you can set up a subscription payment with PayPal so that your payments are made automatically.

If you wish to switch back to credit/debit card payments at any time, just repeat the steps above and choose "Credit/debit card" as the payment method. Your next invoice will then be paid automatically with the payment card that we have on file for your account.
