The <meta> tag provides meta-data about the HTML document. Metadata is information about the page (eg description, keywords, etc) that is used by search engines and other online services to link to your page.
Meta-data will not be displayed on the page, but will be machine parsable. Meta elements are typically used to specify page description, keywords, author of the document, last modified, and other metadata.
To add meta tags to your Site Builder website, please refer to the steps below.
- Log in to Plesk
- Go to Websites and Domains
- Click on Site Builder icon
- On the Site Builder page, click 'Settings' icon and select Settings
- On the Site Settings page, click Meta Information tab.
- Insert your meta tags into the text input box and then click "Apply" button to save changes.
